Today I want to talk about how my 50-day challenge going. 8 days left until the end of my challenge. I still can not believe it but it’s almost done!

If you have come across one of my articles for the first time, let me briefly summarize. I decided to begin the challenge in the first place because my life had become so monotonous. I no longer believed I was improving. I started to become more productive and make positive changes to myself. I’ve made a few plans to better myself. These objectives are:

·Eating clean

· Drinking 2 lt water for a day

· Drinking a cup of green tea for a day

· Working out at least 30 min for 6 day of week

· Keeping gratitude journal

· Praying/ meditating everyday

· Reading at least 10 pages book

· Studying my thesis for at least two hours

· Reading /researching about the field I want to work

·Keeping my apartment clean and tidy everyday

· Taking time my self care everyday (cleaning and moisturizing my face 2 times a day, oral care, dry scrub…)

· Tracking these habits everyday and write about them in medium.

I’ve had a long and difficult day today. Because my girlfriend was having a bachelorette party, I had to post my entry after midnight. Other than that, here’s how my day progressed:

I have daily exercised for 40 days. I’m not advocating performing HIIT exercises all the time. I practice yoga two days a week, and it is quite relaxing for me. These are my days of rest. But up until now, I have consistently.

I’ve already begun to notice results. I’ve always tried working out, but I couldn’t keep it up for 40 days straight. I think it will become a habit if you exercise daily for 50 days.

Typically, I work out at home. I find it to be more comfy. I found guidance on YouTube. Sports videos are shared by some amazing girls. They inspired me. When you exercise with them on YouTube, it feels like you have a workout buddy.

Today was arm day and I got help from these videos:

Also, another article in which I describe building body at home in my challenge:

Because of my girls’ night, I tried to accomplish the most of the tasks in the morning. As soon as I get out of bed, I try to set goals like gratitude journaling, meditation, cleaning my flat, and engaging in sports. I’ve included a few varieties here that help boost your morning productivity.

There will definitely be stretches in such a long struggle. The important thing is not to leave in a little trouble and continue. Big gains come from consistency.

I share my journey on Medium every day. Thank you for taking the time to read my article.I would appreciate it if you would support me and accompany me on my journey. I hope to see you around.
