Hi Rebekah! Firstly, I am glad to you enjoyed.

When I started using social media, I limit my time. For example, After deciding to use social media again, I am starting to use social media for 30 min in a day. However, when I recognized I spend much more time than I want, then again I consider a dopamine detox. We all have different limits and the amount of time we feel comfortable.
