Every new year means a new beginning. I think there is not one of us who does not set new goals for himself/herself as the New Year comes. It’s almost like a tradition. We all set goals for the next year to be fitter, more successful, have a better relationship, have a good vacation, and so on.

Before every new year, I write down my dreams and set goals. Unfortunately, most of the time, I have a hard time sticking to my goals, even in January. I started a 50-day challenge 36 days ago.

I was not satisfied with my life and decided to change some things. Sticking to goals for 36 days changed my perspective. In addition, my motivation increased to enter 2023 as the best I can be and have the year of my dreams in this process. As I enter the new month, I decided to review my new year goals.

If you clicked on this article, you probably want to do something for yourself and your life. Four months is a good time to change something in your life. I can’t believe the point where constancy has gotten me in a little over a month. I write my experiences and lessons I learned, not cliché personal development quotes.

Has there been a huge change in my life in a month? No! However, I found the strength in myself to change my life. I felt unsuccessful and left behind. I wanted to change my profession, but I lacked confidence. Have I found my dream job? No again. Yet, I took a course, and even continuing it started to boost my self-confidence.

Meanwhile, man is a being with a purpose. Have goals for the new year or other reasons. I wasted a lot of time not knowing what to do. Maybe you lost eight months, but why would you save four more? What was on your list? What did you want to achieve in 2022? Let’s start realizing them in September.

Certain times may seem ideal for new beginnings, but don’t delay your dreams by waiting for those times.

I want to share with you the article where I shared what I learned in my challenge. In particular, I will share the fourth item again. There is no such thing as a perfect start. Don’t expect to be ready. It is useless to think about starting by making plans all the time. If you wait, you will never be ready. Believe me, I was there.

Do you want to volunteer, quit social media, or travel? Get started now. Prepare yourself for 2023. You won’t believe where you will be in four months. You can review your goals today and start working on your 2022 project with the new month.

I wrote this post to remind you that you still have time to review your goals for 2022 and take action. I strive to be the best version of myself, and I challenge you to do so. I wish the best for you. I hope you get to where you want to be as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my post. I hope my article helps you. I wish you all the best. One of my goals in the 50-day challenge is share a post on Medium every day. I would appreciate it if you would support and accompany me on my journey. I hope to see you around.
