I assume you are aware that I recently began the 50-day challenge. There are only four days left. I started my journey to become a better version of myself and to develop the habits necessary for a better life. I put forth a lot of effort for 46 days for this reason. Since I began, I have been performing the following every day:

·Eating clean

· Drinking 2 lt water for a day

· Drinking a cup of green tea for a day

· Working out at least 30 min for 6 days of the week

· Keeping a gratitude journal

· Praying/ meditating every day

· Reading at least 10 pages book

· Studying my thesis for at least two hours

· Reading /researching about the field I want to work

·Keeping my apartment clean and tidy every day

· Taking time my self-care every day (cleaning and moisturizing my face 2 times a day, oral care, dry scrub…)

· Tracking these habits every day and writing about them in Medium.

Meanwhile, I believe I deserve a little holiday to rest and maintain my motivation. Immediately as my challenge is through, I’ll dive into the Mediterranean. I want to describe how I pack for a trip before I start to get ready for vacation. Because I am aware that for all of us, packing a suitcase can frequently be a nightmare, regardless of the reason.

1. Review your vacation plan and the weather

Check how you will spend your day, what are your day and night plans, how many days you will stay, and most importantly, how is the weather. Because these will determine your clothing choices.

2. Choosing the right suitcase

A cabin-size suitcase is the best option if you want to travel more conveniently. When I fly by the airline, I strive to pack as little as possible and optimize cabin space. But remember to factor in your holiday return. To avoid adding a suitcase to your shopping list, choose your suitcase wisely if you plan to go shopping.

I’ll bring a large piece of luggage because I’ll be driving across the country. You may be considerate if you travel in a way that doesn’t force you to leave and carry your luggage.

3. Use every space

Fill the suitcase with your stuff, leaving no space. Maximize the use of space. Socks and underwear can be placed in your shoes and bags.

-You can wear galosh on your shoes.
-Instead of carrying perfume, you can squeeze and fold your clothes or place papers between your clothes to spray your perfume.

4. Take the right parts with you

Get life-saving pieces that fit together. For example, you only need one pair of jeans. If you pack too many t-shirts and shirts, your suitcase will become crowded. Buy clothes that you can use in more than one way and mix them.

5. Don’t put everything in the suitcase

Carry your valuables by taking a handbag with you instead of putting them in a suitcase. (Jewelry, money, wallet, ID, key, charger, technological devices, etc.)

6. Bonus: Must-have items in a suitcase

Sunscreen, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, comb, band-aid, medicine, pain reliever, nail clippers, shaving products, towel/cloth, chargers, power bank, glasses, travel-size iron

Don’t wait until the last minute to pack your suitcase. Make the cliché that “packing preparation is boring and exhausting” into something you would enjoy. Adjusting and placing might not be that bad. I say give it a shot.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my post. I hope you enjoyed. I wish you all the best.

46 days ago, I started a 50-day challenge to change my life. One of my goals is in this process to share a post on Medium every day. I would appreciate it if you would support me and accompany me on my journey. I hope to see you around.
