A week ago, I started a 50-day challenge because I wasn’t feeling good about my life. I was aware that I have to take control of my life and do something for myself.

There was a person who I want to be. Besides that, I didn’t know why I couldn’t be. What’s the difference between me and that person? So when I found some answers, I decided to improve myself in the subjects I feel lack.

Almost like everything in this world goals also can be achieved by self dedication. 50-day is enough amount of time to see results. I don’t expect to solve all my problems in 50 days, but I can develop habits to do so.

In my first week, I read every day, did sports, ate healthily, drank 2 liters of water, worked on my thesis, wrote a blog post, and kept a gratitude journal.

I didn’t expect to see results in a week but at the end of the week, I am surprised. I have lost 3 kg in just a week. I feel much more energetic also I can see the change in my body. By doing sports every day and a clean diet my abs are back. I can’t wait to see 50 days older me.In addition my goal to achieve reading habit just reading 10 pages a day. It’s real amazing to see how far you can go with just 10 pages without straining yourself.

As a result, Is it possible to change your life in a week? Maybe not totally but something can change definitely and if you can add some weeks to this one finally you can get where you want to be.

Not afraid to start and do something for yourself. I just stuck in a plan for a week, and there are my results. I have to say that even if I didn’t this kinda results I will keep going. Because good things take time but God know it motivated me.

I will keep sharing my results here to motivate you. If one person could do it why you can’t? Believe me, there is no reason. Just start somewhere.

If you have had such an experience or want to start, let me know, and if you liked my post, don’t forget to follow me. Thanks for taking the time and reading my post.
