13th day of my 50-day challenge
Today I want to talk about how my 50-day challenge going. I’m still at the very beginning of the road. I’m not even halfway through the challenge.
First of all, I wanted to start the challenge because my life had become so stagnant. I didn’t think I was progressing anymore. I started to increase my productivity and improve myself in a good way. I have set a few goals to improve myself. These goals are:
· Eating clean obviously
· Drinking 2 lt water for a day
· Drinking a cup of green tea for a day
· Working out at least 30 min for 6 day of week
· Keeping gratitude journal
· Praying/ meditating everyday
· Reading at least 10 pages book
· Studying my thesis for at least two hours
· Reading /researching about the field I want to work
·Keeping my apartment clean and tidy everyday
· Taking time my self care everyday (cleaning and moisturizing my face 2 times a day, oral care, dry scrub…)
· Tracking these habits everyday and write about them in medium.
I have done sports every day. I am not talking about doing HIIT workouts all the time. Sometimes I am doing fine relaxing yoga. However, I have consistently so far.
I have started seeing results. I have always tried doing exercises in my life but I couldn’t maintain continuity. I want to change this. I believe that doing sports every day for 50 days will make it a habit.
Generally, I am doing a home workout. It’s more comfortable for me. I helped from youtube. Some great girls shares sports videos. They motivated me. Doing sports with them on youtube feels like you have a fitness buddy.
Most of the time, I am doing Lilly Sabri, Pamela Reif, and Mary Braun’s videos. Today was abs day, and I am sharing the videos I got helped belove.
I try to complete most of the goals in the early hours of the day. Gratitude journal, meditation, cleaning my apartment, and sports are the goals I make as soon as I get up. Here I have shared some types that can increase your productivity in the morning.
Drinking herbal tea, reading books, and taking care of myself are the goals I achieve in the evening. You can find the other productivity tips that have helped me in my 50-day challenge here.
During this period, I try not to eat outside but there are some exceptions. There was a family reunion today. I couldn’t say no to my mother-in-law’s delicious meals. But I don’t feel any remorse for doing my sport and trying to move. Tomorrow I will continue where I left off.
There will definitely be stretches in such a long struggle. The important thing is not to leave in a little trouble and continue. Big gains come from consistency. I’m curious about my condition 36 days later.
I share my journey on Medium every day. Thank you for taking the time to accompany me and read my article. Your comments are very important to me. I will be happy if you follow. See you tomorrow.
